Fordland Clinic was formed in 1996.
The mission of Fordland Clinic is to improve the health of our wider rural community and serve as the independent non-profit provider of choice by offering comprehensive medical, dental and mental health care, prevention and wellness services to all area residents without regard to insurance or income.
Fordland Clinic (your locally owned non-profit Community Health Center) will host an Open Forum the 4th Tuesday of each month at 5 PM at the Clinic, 1059 Barton Drive, Fordland, Missouri.
